Entering the Void

It’s the time of year when you won’t be getting as much done as you might like.  Mars in Gemini is going retrograde on October 30 at 9:26 am.
 
Mars is the planet of action and when it goes retrograde it goes into a period of rest.  It doesn’t mean you won’t get anything done until it goes direct, but it will take longer to accomplish your tasks.  Maybe you need a break.  Let’s be honest, most of us need a break from all of the intense energy that has been happening.  The emotional upsets, power struggles, money issues, and self-worth drama.  It’s just been all too much.
 
This week you’re in the in-between phase between the Solar Eclipse (New Moon) on October 25 and the Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) on November 8.  Hopefully, you’re releasing the things that no longer serve you and are moving with the energy.  It’s hard to change, but the universe wants you to go with the flow.  Don’t fight the energy.  It’s here to serve your highest and best good, even if it doesn’t always seem like it.  It’s a challenge when you don’t know what’s on the other side to roll with life, but you’re being asked to give it a try.  Just remind yourself everything you want is on the other side of fear.
 
There are a lot of lunar (moon) aspects that I won’t address this week, but it will constantly draw you back to this Eclipse energy.
 
On November 5 at 6:22 pm, Venus in Scorpio will oppose Uranus in Taurus.  Uranus is trying to awaken you and help you grow.  This is the latest aspect that is helping to guide you in this direction, but with Uranus, if you don’t follow the nudges, it will eventually push you.  You may become emotional as a part of this struggle or other people may be playing with your emotions.  Either way, keep this energy in mind as the week closes out. 
 
It's important during periods of high energy to remember your methods of self-care.  Could be meditation, Reiki, exercise, etc.  It can be a challenge to fit into your busy life, but it always makes you feel better.

Time For Work

Summer is drawing to a close.  Kids will be going back to school and life will settle into a new routine as the Sun moves into Virgo on August 22 at 11:16 pm.
 
It’s time to get to work.  You’ve been receiving visions and clarity and now the Sun wants to shine a light on the work that needs to be accomplished.  It’s time to become practical and analytical and begin to take the next steps.
 
How can you accomplish the tasks ahead of you?  What do you need to do?  Make a list.  Virgos love a to-do list.  Start working your way through what needs to be done for you to work on your goals. 
 
Also, there is a second sign change this week as Mercury will enter Libra on August 25 at 9:03 pm.  Mercury will be looking for peace, love, and harmony.  It wants things to be fair and diplomatic.  More of the element of air will again enter the atmosphere and help people speak cooperatively. 
 
The week will close out with two Squares on August 27.  One is between Venus in Leo and Uranus in Taurus at 12:34 am and the second is between the Sun in Virgo Square Mars in Gemini at 4:11 pm.  Uranus in Taurus has been shaking up your world and with it Squaring Venus in Leo, it's looking to shake up how you love and connect you with your heart.  The Sun squaring Mars is shining a light on how you take action.  Are you moving forward?

Why Isn’t It Happening?

You’ve probably been working on getting some clarity and trying to determine what path you’re going to take forward.  You may quit your job and start down a new path, but things don’t seem to be turning out quite the way you expected.  On July 26 at 2:13 am Mercury in Leo is going to be square Mars in Taurus and your impatience is going to begin to show if it hasn’t already.
 
You have created a timetable and a picture in your head.  This is what should happen and this is when it will happen.  The universe doesn’t work that way.  You can follow all of the signs and still want to know what is happening?  It’s incredibly frustrating, but it’s also revealing something.  The reveal, when it happens, will take you in an unexpected direction.
 
Be careful of the words that are spoken during this time.  They can be made impulsively and may only show part of the picture, but words once said can’t be taken back.  These words could create some controversy as a result. 
 
Mercury is going to square Uranus in Taurus a few days later on July 28 at 5:16 pm.  Mercury is ready to start scheming and Uranus in Taurus is looking to cause some drama and is reaching the point where it may just want to start over and burn it all to the ground.  Uranus is looking to create something unexpected and it may just come out of those ashes. 
 
It’s going to be a fast-paced week with some twists and turns.  Fire and Earth don’t get along particularly well, so pay attention.  Brace yourself for the ride.  It could be an enlightening one.
