Bring Me A Higher Love

Oh no, the dreaded Mercury retrograde begins this week!  And it begins right in the middle of two eclipses with the second to occur on April 8.  What does that mean?

Mercury goes retrograde in the sign of Aries on April 1 at 6:14 pm EST. It may seem like a big giant April Fool’s joke, but it’s that time of year when technology goes haywire and it’s time to take a pause and revisit past communications.  Communications in Aries tend to be a little on the impulsive side, so it’s good to remember to think before you speak.  Remember once you’ve said it, you can’t take it back.  Because this Mercury retrograde is between the two eclipses, you could be revisiting something from the past that will help to create your new beginning. The new beginning is in the not-too-distant future, but sometimes you have to clean up and declutter to allow something new to come in.

Venus in Pisces Conjuncts Neptune in Pisces on April 3 at 9:10 am EST. Neptune is often thought to be a higher form of Venus.  With Venus being in Pisces a sign it loves and Neptune being in Pisces a sign it rules, this is a special day.  Neptune is nearing the later degrees of its stay in Pisces and will enter Aries in 2025.  It’s so easy to get bogged down with the daily responsibilities of life. Fear tends to take over and rule the roost, but it doesn’t have to.  Take a moment and think about how can I approach this from a place of love.  Nobody’s saying that this is an easy practice to take, but if you make it a practice, it could just change your life.

Venus enters Aries on April 5 at 12:00 am EST.  Love is going to become impulsive, but it could also have a new beginning.  Aries is the start of the astrological year and it’s a time for new opportunities and beginnings.  You could take the lessons of yesterday and start to implement a new practice, but remember you have to take action.  If you don’t take action, it’s just a thought.  Venus in Aries could help you to take that step that you have been hesitant to take.  Also, Venus in Aries loves to do something for themselves.  Love yourself enough to do something for yourself.

This is still an intense period of energy.  Take the lessons of Mercury Retrograde and Venus this week.  Rest, relax, and love yourself in the highest way possible.

Entering the Void

It’s the time of year when you won’t be getting as much done as you might like.  Mars in Gemini is going retrograde on October 30 at 9:26 am.

Mars is the planet of action and when it goes retrograde it goes into a period of rest.  It doesn’t mean you won’t get anything done until it goes direct, but it will take longer to accomplish your tasks.  Maybe you need a break.  Let’s be honest, most of us need a break from all of the intense energy that has been happening.  The emotional upsets, power struggles, money issues, and self-worth drama.  It’s just been all too much.

This week you’re in the in-between phase between the Solar Eclipse (New Moon) on October 25 and the Lunar Eclipse (Full Moon) on November 8.  Hopefully, you’re releasing the things that no longer serve you and are moving with the energy.  It’s hard to change, but the universe wants you to go with the flow.  Don’t fight the energy.  It’s here to serve your highest and best good, even if it doesn’t always seem like it.  It’s a challenge when you don’t know what’s on the other side to roll with life, but you’re being asked to give it a try.  Just remind yourself everything you want is on the other side of fear.

There are a lot of lunar (moon) aspects that I won’t address this week, but it will constantly draw you back to this Eclipse energy.

On November 5 at 6:22 pm, Venus in Scorpio will oppose Uranus in Taurus.  Uranus is trying to awaken you and help you grow.  This is the latest aspect that is helping to guide you in this direction, but with Uranus, if you don’t follow the nudges, it will eventually push you.  You may become emotional as a part of this struggle or other people may be playing with your emotions.  Either way, keep this energy in mind as the week closes out.

It's important during periods of high energy to remember your methods of self-care.  Could be meditation, Reiki, exercise, etc.  It can be a challenge to fit into your busy life, but it always makes you feel better.

How are you handling this in-between energy? Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment.

Variety is the Spice of Life

Have you been receiving clarity over the last few weeks about what makes your heart sing?  What do you really want in life?  Leo season is all about connecting to the heart.  The sun is in Leo until August 22, so the sun is shining a light on this area of your life.  Venus entered the sign of Leo on August 11, so now the planet of love and beauty has gotten in on the action, but Mars is leaving behind the sign of Taurus on August 20 and entering Gemini, the sign of communication.  It’s time to get social.

There hasn’t been a lot of air in the sky, so even though you may have been receiving clarity, you haven’t felt like sharing it with anyone.  That is about to change.  Gemini loves to chat and get excited about something new.  Geminis tend to thrive on change and are interested in doing many things at one time.  Mars is all about action and drive, so Mars is going to be helping you to speak about what you want.

One thing about manifesting something that you want to bring into your life is that you have to speak it aloud.  Every time I have been looking for a new job, from the time that I begin to mention it, the universe starts working behind the scenes and I have typically had a new job within a few weeks.

This is the time to start speaking about what you want to change.  What does your heart want as you move forward?  It may seem small or absolutely crazy.  It’s not a time for judgment.  What do you want?  This is the time to start manifesting.  Talk about it with your friends and family.  You never know where that one conversation might begin to take you.

The most challenging part of manifestation is letting it go.  You often want to control the outcome.  Try not to control the outcome.  The South Node in Scorpio will help you to let go of that need.

Climb Every Mountain

What are your goals right now?  Do you want to lose weight, or are you working on releasing something that no longer serves you?  On January 24, Mars moved into Capricorn where it will remain until March 6.  Mars is the planet of action, drive, and ambition, while Capricorn represents your foundation and structure.  It’s time to start laying the groundwork for what you’d like to accomplish.

Capricorn wants to know the specific steps that it’s going to take.  It’s not going to happen overnight, you’ll have to put in the time and the effort to get what it is that you desire.  There are going to be obstacles along the way, but it can be done.  Mars in Capricorn has determination and willpower to achieve what it sets out to do.  Focus your attention on what you want to accomplish. This is the perfect time to get those items checked off your list.

Remember Venus and Pluto are still in Capricorn as well.  Venus also stationed direct on January 29.  The planet of love and beauty is no longer asking us to review the past but is starting to move forward again.  Pluto, the planet of death and rebirth has been rebuilding our foundations since 2008 and he’s not done yet.  It’s time to decide what you want and to take steps.  There’s a lot of Capricorn energy in the heavens, as there has been for the last couple of years.  The tests aren’t over.  The universe wants to know, do you want this?  Do you really want this and what are you willing to do to make it happen?  You’re still headed up the mountain.  You haven’t quite reached the summit.  There’s more to learn, but a house isn’t built overnight.  It takes time.  Start working on your steps.

What are your goals?    Let me know. Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment.

Taking Action Yet?

Does it feel like suddenly, you’re just going:  You have a jet pack strapped on to you?  After all this time of seeking clarity and waiting, it’s now go time.

You’re meant to come up with a plan if you don’t already have one, and begin to execute the plan.  If you need help, ask for it.  There’s some energy of collaboration going on as well.

This doesn’t mean that things aren’t still shifting and changing around you, but it’s time to implement and try out your plan.  Nothing in this world is set in stone.  Adjustments will always need to be made, but it’s time to start.

This could be in response to anything.  Starting a diet, a new exercise plan, a new course of study, a new relationship, a new career, etc. Whatever it is that you’ve been looking to begin.  You will receive more information as time goes on but just start.

Starting something new can be a challenge.  You have your routine and your habits.  One missed day and you can have to begin the process all over again.  Starting something new is never easy.  All the what-ifs that come up.  What if it doesn’t work?  But the reverse side of the coin is, but what if it does?  Hold on to the what if it does as to begin to act and chart a new course.

You’re going to encounter bumps along the way, but how you deal with the bumps could change the outcome.
