Pure Imagination

Happy 2024!  The first day of 2024 provides us with an opportunity to imagine, but very quickly will shift and it’s time to get to work.

Venus in Sagittarius Squares Saturn in Pisces on January 1 at 8:26 am EST.  Let your imagination wander.  Venus in Sagittarius has faith that things will work out and Pisces wants to dream.  Saturn may try and restrict those dreams, but think big.   “There’s no life I know To compare with pure imagination…”  If you could be or do anything you want to, what would it be?  You have options and choices.  You don’t have to do the same thing that you’ve always done.  Break free from the past and start 2024 off on a high note.

Mercury stations direct on January 1 at 10:08 pm EST.  What have your ghosts revealed to you over the past few weeks?  Important information has been revealed to you.  It’s now time to take that information and put it to practical use.  There is still time over the next two weeks while Mercury reaches its pre-retrograde point for you to make decisions.

Mars enters the sign of Capricorn on January 4 at 9:58 am EST.  Mars is ready to get to work.  Take your dreams and the information that has been revealed to you and start putting in the work to see if you can make it a reality.  You may need to be open to different options.  You may have dreamed of it this way, but if you tweak it just a little bit it could work in this way.  Is that acceptable to you?

The Sun in Capricorn Squares Chiron in Aries on January 6 at 3:35 am EST.  There is something that’s holding you back.  You want it to work out, but something from your past is resistant.  Is it fear or some other past trauma?  See if you can figure out what is trying to hold you back.  Then see if you can easily move past it or if you need to clear that belief first.

I Wish You Hope and Cheer

The holiday season is officially here for those who celebrate Christmas!  It’s time to eat lots of great food and socialize.  The energy is on your side.

There are mainly lunar aspects and no stressful aspects, so the holidays should be happy and cheerful.  Chiron in Aries stations direct on December 26 at 10:10 pm EST.  It’s time to take what you have learned about your wounding and put it into effect.

Mercury in Sagittarius Squares Neptune in Pisces on December 27 at 10:28 am EST.  It may be difficult to talk about your hopes and wishes for the future, but have faith.  The energy this week supports looking back at what dreams you’ve accomplished and what you haven’t.  It’s time for clarity, not necessarily action, just yet.

Mercury in Sagittarius Conjuncts Mars in Sagittarius on December 27 at 7:31 pm EST.  Mercury is going to fill in Mars on your moment or moments of clarity.  So that Mars can begin to take steps and move forward.

Mars in Sagittarius Squares Neptune in Pisces on December 28 at 5:16 pm EST.  Mars checks in with Neptune to make sure there aren’t any additional dreams that need to be examined.  This is the last call before Mars starts to implement plans.

Venus moves into Sagittarius on December 29 at 3:24 pm EST.  It’s time to be happy and cheerful.  The year is drawing to a close, is there one last adventure you want to take to close out the year?  Venus is ready!

Darkest Before the Dawn

It’s almost here!  Time with family and friends.  Have you got everything checked off your list?  Before joy and merriment can be felt though some energies are coming up that could make you think twice.

Venus is Scorpio Opposes Uranus in Taurus on December 21 at 2:04 am EST.  Venus in Scorpio is passionate and deep feeling, while Uranus in Taurus wants to revolutionize and grow.  It’s also a fixed energy, so it doesn’t want anything to change, but change is one of the few things in this life that we can count on.  Maybe it’s time to think again and consider making a change.

The Sun enters Capricorn on December 21 at 10:27 pm EST.  It’s time for the Winter Solstice, the darkest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, but what comes next?  A little bit more daylight.  The Sun in Capricorn is ready to get to work.  Maybe it’s time to clean out some things and start making room for the new.  For the new to come in, there has to be space.  Make some space this month.

The Sun in Capricorn Conjuncts Mercury in Capricorn on December 22 at 1:54 pm EST.  Just after the Winter Solstice, the Sun and Mercury have a conversation about the path to take and work on their goals.  Mercury is retrograding, so it’s time to look back over something that you meant to do, but haven’t or look at the reminders that you’re receiving of the past.  There are still messages there for you. 

Mercury retrogrades back into the sign of Sagittarius on December 23 at 1:18 am. Just when Mercury was getting ready to do some more organized communication, it’s time to back up and have our communication become a little bit fierier.  Mercury in Sagittarius may like to have some philosophical conversations, but the other person has opinions too and they may not align.

Scrooge Makes an Early Visit

The holiday season is about to go full swing, but it could take a major detour when Mercury goes retrograde from December 13 to January 1.

Ensure that your online shopping is done before December 13 at 2:09 am EST.  Otherwise, packages could get lost in the mail or have a billing error.  Make your list and check it twice, so that Mercury retrograde doesn’t catch you by surprise.  Mercury retrogrades are known for their technology glitches and this one is no exception.  Try not to sign important contracts if it can be helped.  Ghosts from your past may also pop up.  Listen to what your ghost has to say.  It could be something important that you need to know to move forward at the beginning of January.

The Sun in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces on December 16 at 10”43 pm EST.  You may become unclear or suspicious of people’s motivations.  Take the time to determine exactly what they are saying or even a time out.  Things aren’t as they seem.  This too shall pass, but it’s important to look for the truth.  It may not be evident at first, but it’s in there somewhere.

Can You Put Love in a Box?

It’s the holiday season!  While for some people it can mean gratitude and love. For others it can be about the darkness and the shadow.  Which side of the coin do you fall into?  This week love is the theme, but how does love look for you?  Are you trying to create a checklist of items that have to be met or does it have more of an intensity to it?  This week both parts of Venus can be true.

Venus in Libra Squares Pluto in Capricorn on December 3 at 8:29  am EST.  Venus in Libra wants to love love.  Venus wants to be balanced and peaceful, but Pluto in Capricorn has other ideas.  Pluto has been transforming the Capricorn section of your chart since 2008 and this time it’s looking to change your ideas about love.  Pluto in Capricorn wants to have a structure to it, but Venus in Libra doesn’t.  There’s a clash of ideas about love this week. Which side wins?  Maybe neither one.

Venus enters the sign of Scorpio on December 4 at 1:51 pm EST.  It’s time to look at the passionate side of love this week or maybe even the controlling side of love.  Scorpio likes to dig deep and investigate, but it can also have a tendency to want to control or manipulate a situation to meet its needs.  Either form of love can be experienced, but it is dependent on your vibration.  What are you attracting?  This could lead you to the answers that you’re looking for.  Of course, you then have to do something with those answers.

Neptune stations direct on December 6 at 8:20 am EST.  Neptune in Pisces has been retrograde since June 30.  A lot has  changed in your world since the end of June.  What have you reviewed in your life in regards to your spirituality since the end of June?  Have things been clear or are they still cloudy?  It’s ok if they’re still cloudy, it can take some time to get definitive answers.  You don’t have to have the answers all at once.  They may appear over time.  Take it one step at a time.

Venus in Scorpio Opposes Jupiter in Taurus on December 9 at 10:35 pm EST.  The sign of intensity and passion meets the sign of fertility and stability.  Venus in Scorpio meeting Jupiter in Taurus is going to expand whatever feelings you’re having right now.  This could be an even more intense time, then it already was.  You may not want to go in a new direction, both Scorpio and Taurus are fixed and stubborn signs, but you may not be able to look past the feelings anymore.
