Are You Being Judged?

Judgment is a challenging emotion, whether you are the one that is being judged or doing the judging.  With judgment, there tends to be a lower-level emotion associated with it, whether it be shame, guilt or blame.  If you’re feeling judged, why do you feel that way?
 
It could something as simple as having to ask a pharmacist for a test behind the counter and them giving you a look.  The person didn’t say anything, but the look in their eyes could have been the only thing that was needed to make you feel judged.  It’s normally bringing a feeling to the surface that you haven’t dealt with yet.  What’s the emotion that you need to work through?
 
On to the judgment of other people.  This one is a little more complicated.  You could be judging them for what are perceived as valid reasons.  You visit a company’s website and make the decision whether to work with them based upon what you see.  The judgments that you make may or may not be valid, but you could perceive them as being valid.  These types of judgments are made every day.  Not all judgment is bad.
 
The question for you, is what is the judgment trying to teach you?  Everything that happens is meant to teach you something.  Some big issues have been coming to the surface.  It’s time to begin the process of working through them.  So if you’ve felt judged or have judged someone else, begin to look at the reasons why.

Have you…

Have you learned the lessons that you’ve been meant to learn this year?  In the last week, the planets Mercury and Jupiter have gone direct, but we’re still in their shadows, plus the shadows of Pluto and Saturn, which turned direct earlier this month.
 
The planets have been revealing secrets and lessons that we’re meant to learn.  Have you changed the way that you react, or are you planning on moving forward in a different way?  Are you going to pursue a new path?  Have you been rethinking the patterns of your life or that of your family?
 
There isn’t one lesson to learn in life.  A new one can be revealed to you each day.  But just because you may have changed, doesn’t mean that the people around you have.  There may still be pieces of the puzzle to be revealed.  Information is always coming.  You don’t yet know everything that you need to know, but you have enough to start.
 
Start working through the information and the lessons provided.   What’s the first step to take?  That first step could take you a while to work through.  Take all the time you need unless you have a deadline.  The universe will reveal what you need to know when you need to know it.  You don’t need all the pieces to start.
 
When you work with a blank canvas, you don’t know what the result is going to be.  You just start.  Start painting and work towards a product.

What’s Next?

Have you ever been so busy looking at the next step that you miss what’s in front of you?  You have your heart so set on a dream that you miss a different path right in front of you.
 
The past few months you’ve been triggered to examine the past, and the time for moving forward is finally here, but don’t get too far ahead of yourself.  There’s a tendency to look forward.  To figure out what you need to do next, and you miss the point.
 
Life is meant to be lived now.  Not in the past and not in the future, but now.  It’s a simple concept that’s often missed.  You’re not alone in that.
 
The present moment is the only place from which you can act.  That you can decide.  The present is where you live.
 
There’s no harm in dreaming, it’s encouraged, but don’t let the dream steal from the now.
 
There’s always work to be done, but it’s encouraged to take a time out.  Look at what you’ve accomplished.  Where you are right now.  Appreciate it.  Be grateful for what you’ve been given.  It can all change in the blink of an eye.  Things could shift for the better or the worse.
 
You want to know where you’re headed.  That you’re not wasting your time.  You can’t control how your life turns out.  You can manifest and dream and act, but there comes a point where you need to have a little faith and gratitude.  Life can be so much better than you’ve envisioned, but you have to allow it to be.  Sometimes the only way is to be in the moment.  Don’t be so committed to one path that you miss opportunities to get where you want.

You Again?

Do you ever feel like the same problem rises to the surface repeatedly?  Just when you think you might be getting past it a new layer comes up?
 
The reason is you haven’t gotten to the root of the problem.  Until you reach the root, you’re not done.
 
Trauma work is not the easiest of work to tackle, but it’s essential to growth.  To become a happier person sometimes you have to go backward.
 
You might know that something was an issue in the past, or you’re having a conversation and getting angry and upset about something you didn’t even know was a problem.  Life can slap you beside the head sometimes, but it’s how you move forward that matters.  Do you deal with the issue, or do you run and hide?
 
Running away only gets you so far.  It will continue to rise to the surface until you face it.  It will pop up at the worst possible moments.
 
Do you want to be beholden to an emotion that can control the direction of your life?  The answer is most likely no.
 
It’s time to be uncomfortable, even when you don’t want to.  It’s time to move forward.  It’s time to live your life on your terms, not on a past emotion or someone else’s expectations.
 
You’re in the last quarter of 2021, 2022 is right around the corner.  Maybe now is the time.

Life On Repeat!

It’s Groundhog Day!  Wait, no it’s only October, it just seems like it.  Wake up and do the same thing day after day.  People react the same way, angry at the world.  How are you doing?
 
This is a time to heal the emotional wounds that are within you.  You can’t do this process for others, only they can do that.  But some days you have felt like a person’s punching bag.  People are acting out their frustrations, some quite literally, they are hollering at stores and restaurants when they don’t get their way.  They are right and know they’re right, there’s no room for conversation.
 
This is a time where everyone seems to be on edge.  The energy is quite high.  You may have entered a conversation meaning well but ended up involved in something you hadn’t anticipated.
 
The only person whose actions you can control is your own.  The best advice is to work on yourself.  Be as kind as you can.  There is never enough kindness.  Don’t take your stuff out on others and when you do, apologize.  Apologies are always appreciated.
 
Turn off the news and social media if it’s too much.  If you do decide to enter the fray, check the sources.  Be sure the information is right and not just an opinion that fits your point of view.
 
There’s a lot of work to be done.  You can pull yourself out of the vortex of Groundhog Day by making changes.  Small changes add up.  You don’t have to do what you’ve always done just because you’ve always done it.
 
Life is an experience that is meant to be lived.  You never know what’s going to happen next, no matter how much you want to.  No one and I repeat no one, is always right.  We’re meant to listen to other’s opinions and compromise in relationships.
 
Be kind even when you don’t feel like it.  You could make someone else’s bad day a little nicer.  It’s time to change our patterns.
