Heart vs. Power

Did you take time to rest last week? Ready or not, here comes another energy wave, and time it’s mostly about what’s in your heart.

Mercury in Taurus Conjuncts Uranus in Taurus on June 4 at 3:49 pm.  You may have some big epiphany about what you value or some sort of communication that you’ve been putting off could become significant and you have to get it off your chest.

Venus enters the sign of Leo on June 5 at 9:46 am.  It’s time to think about yourself.  Venus wants to have fun and be confident, but could also like to show off and be loud.  Leo is all about the heart.  Where is your heart leading you?  With Venus entering Leo, it’s time for a look in the direction of what is your heart telling you is the right path.  You typically know if it’s time to make a change and when things aren’t quite going how you expected.  Take a step back and look at it from a heart-centered place.  Does it alter the direction you need to go?

A few hours later at 12:05 pm, Venus in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius.  Aquarius wants to look ahead and Leo is interested in this moment.  What does your heart want vs. the power of the mind or the power of the collective?  Are you being pulled in two separate directions?  See if there’s another path, but when it comes down to it, remember that your heart doesn’t normally steer you wrong.  It’s normally your mind or fear that will get in the way.  So this week remember to live from your heart.

Mood Swings

This is a week of extremes and changes.  The week starts off with Mercury stationing to do direct and two sign changes.  Work with the energy that’s presented to you and see what you can make of it.  If you have to step away for a bit, step away and do something else.  There’s the tendency to want to get things accomplished, but sometimes it’s more about progress than accomplishment.

Mercury stations to go direct in the sign of Taurus on May 14 at 11:17 pm.  This Mercury retrograde has been about challenging the status quo and your comfort zone. The mental fog will begin to clear.  It can take a couple of weeks for it to clear completely though.

Jupiter enters the sign of Taurus on May 16 and 1:20 pm.  The planet of expansion is going to begin exploring some Taurus subject matters in a big way.  Money, food, and values are just a few of the basics.  These aren’t new subjects for you, as you’ve been exploring them over the past few weeks and Uranus has been in Taurus since 2019.  This is a great time to get back to nature and sit with the fertile energies.  See where they want to take you.

Jupiter in Taurus will have its first aspect the next day as it Squares Pluto in Aquarius on May 17 at 9:11 pm.  Jupiter and Pluto are having a conflict over what takes precedence, your values or your ideals. Mars will then leave behind the sign of Cancer and enter into the sign of Leo on May 20 at 11:31 am.  Mars will be happy to get fired up and think about ways to have fun.  Mars in Leo can be a little dramatic at times, but it can definitely bring some excitement to taking action.

Mars in Leo will then Oppose Pluto in Aquarius on May 20 at 11:17 pm.  Jupiter and Pluto had a conversation a few days ago, it's time for Mars to become involved.  Is now the time for you to take action on that dialogue?  Do you know which is more important to you?

How are handling the highs and lows as the energy swings?     Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

The Energy Shifts

This week another planet goes retrograde and there’s another Eclipse. You will feel the energy shift and it’s trying to send you in a new direction.  What you do with the shift and the direction it sends you is up to you.

Pluto stations to go retrograde in the sign of Aquarius on May 1 at 1:09 pm.  Pluto will be retrograde until October 10 and will retrograde back into the sign of Capricorn in June.  It’s going to be time to re-examine the darkness of Pluto.  Are there still shadows that you need to look at.  You have a couple of opportunities to look at what you’ve been working on since 2008.  Look at the world since 2008, so much has changed.  Has it changed for the better?  Depends on how you look at it, but I think most would agree that the dark side of people has been exposed.  There’s no going back and hiding under a rock, but there is the option to do the work and see if the world can be a little bit better.  The work is never easy, but it’s the only way to truly grow as a person and as a community.  Which path do you want to take?

The Sun in Taurus conjuncts Mercury in Taurus on May 1 at 7:28 pm.  What do you value?  The sun and Mercury are shining a light on those things that you value.  Is what you value, how you spend the majority of your time?  If it isn’t, do you need to make some changes to either your values or how you spend your time?  The choice is yours.

Venus in Gemini will square Neptune in Pisces on May 4 at 1:40 pm.  Venus is looking to have a conversation about your spiritual side.  Are you looking to engage in that conversation or are you looking to avoid it altogether?

The Lunar Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus and Scorpio is on May 5 at 1:34 pm.  This is the last eclipse in the Taurus-Scorpio access and then the nodal access will shift this summer.  This is the end point for something that began about 18 months ago.  A chapter is ending.  How you respond to the end of this chapter is up to you.  The end could be big or it could be small, it depends on you.  Have you done the work or have you been insisting that nothing is wrong?

Remember to take some time for yourself this week.  Do something fun or relaxing.  When the energy shifts are big it can be challenging to get a good night’s rest.  Do your best and remember to be kind.  Everyone else is experiencing the same energy as you, but in maybe a slightly different way.  The world could use a little more kindness.

Review and Reform

It’s an eclipse week, the Sun changes signs and Mercury goes retrograde!  Oh boy.  Things are about to get interesting.

The solar eclipse happens at 29 degrees Aries on April 19 at 9:13 pm, just a few hours before the Sun moves into the sign of Taurus.  You’re wrapping up a story from October and November and beginning a new chapter.  This is the last set of eclipses before the Nodes change signs this summer.

The Sun enters Taurus on April 20 at 4:14 am.  The sign of Taurus likes things to be calm, steady, and stable, but rarely does life regularly take that course.  Life has twists and turns and things change, none of which are things that Taurus likes.  The good news is that Taurus can be patient and determined, which could come in handy as life throws you curve balls.  Try to be open to what curve balls have to tell you.

The Sun in Taurus will square Pluto in Aquarius a few hours later at 12;27 pm.  What is good for you versus what is good for the collective?  Are they at odds?  If they are, truly think about it.  You may be surprised that with a little tweak here or there, it could work for both parties.

Mercury stations to go retrograde on April 21 at 4:35 am.  Mercury is already in its shadow period, so you may have been noticing the technological glitches have already begun.  All the retrogrades are in earth signs this year.  What do you need to create a sturdy foundation in your life?  Retrogrades have a tendency to keep pushing the envelope, they want you to think differently.  If you’d go left, go right.   You have a few weeks.  Take this retrograde period as an opportunity to review and reform your foundations.

Productive Until You Aren’t

Mercury changes signs this week and communication should become clear and concise, but will it?

Mercury moves into the sign of Taurus on April 3 at 12:22 pm.  Taurus is the sign of calm, stability, and patience, but if you look at the shadow side of Taurus it can also be materialistic, possessive, and stubborn.  Taurus isn’t represented by the bull for no reason at all.  So communication should become clear and concise while it resides in the sign of Taurus, but will it?  Taurus can be a determined sign but will that work to your advantage?

Mercury has its first aspect after switching signs a couple of hours later.  Mercury will square Pluto in Aquarius at 2:55 pm.  This is Mercury and Pluto’s first meeting since both planets changed signs.  They’re coming up with a new game plan.  Once the plan and your focus have been decided, Mercury will begin to distribute the plan to all of the other planets.  Aquarius is a sign that is focused on the community and technology, but it can also be one that is forward-thinking.  What are you thinking ahead towards?

The last significant aspect of the week is the Sun in Aries Conjunct Chiron in Aries on April 5 at 6:18 pm.  The Sun in warrior mode meets the wounded healer.  What healing do you still need to focus on?  There is something that you still need to heal in order to move forward with your goals in life.  This is the time to examine those inner wounds and see if you can make a little progress in healing them.

Remember this week that it can seem like your life should be this way.  Everything could be lining up one moment, and your plan is off the rails the next.  It’s ok.  Life’s journey isn’t a straight line, there are twists and turns.  Go with the flow and see what happens as a result, but keep in mind that productivity is still important.  You want to accomplish things!  Don’t stop when you’re just about to cross the finish line.

What are you being productive on? Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

Time for Energy Shifts

There are 4 planetary sign changes coming this week, so be prepared for the energy shifts.  The astrological new year and spring also both officially arrive this week.  Yay!  Are you ready for spring?

Two planets will enter the sign of Aries, Mercury, and the Sun.  Mercury goes first on March 19 at 12:24 am.  Be ready for your conversations and thinking to take on a new tone.  They have the potential to be more energetic, quick, and direct, but they can also be more impatient and aggressive.  The Sun will enter the sign of Aries on March 20 at 5:24 pm.  The Sun will bring a new beginning.  If you’ve been thinking about being a pioneer, this is a great time to initiate something new.

Pluto will test the waters in the sign of Aquarius starting on March 23 at 8:13 am.  Aquarius is an air sign that prefers the logical and scientific side of thinking.  It can also be idealistic, independent, and objective.  Aquarius also governs technology and community.  Technology and community may become part of the societal focus until it shifts next in 2043 (Pluto will retrograde back into Capricorn from June 11 to January 20).

Finally, Mars leaves the sign of Gemini where it has been since August, and enters the sign of Cancer on March 25 at 7:45 am.  Mars will tap into his supportive side until July 1.  You may want to spend more time working on domestic matters or being more nurturing.

Remember this is a lot of energy, so take some time out for yourself.  Rest and relax.  It can be tempting to be impulsive, especially with the Aries energy, but if you need a time out, take it.  Remember to take care of yourself first.

How are these energy shifts impacting you?   Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

Are you Exhausted?

Have you just been feeling exhausted lately?  You have nothing left to give even though you have so much to do.  You’re not alone.   Unfortunately, the energy this week will leave you feeling the same way.  Exhausted, stressed and confused.  Like all things in life, this is just a chapter, and it too will be coming to a close, but first boundaries are important.

This week’s energy includes a lot of Pisces energy.  This can be a great time for creativity, but it can also make you want to escape from reality.  The world is a confusing place and you just want it to stay the same.  You want to know what’s going on.  You will, but not quite yet.

Mars in Gemini will square Neptune in Pisces on March 14 at 7;39 pm.  Mars has been having some trouble getting traction and is still having to do things twice.  This square might get something moving, but it could be a challenge to want to get moving.  The next day, the Sun in Pisces conjuncts Neptune in Pisces at 7:39 pm.  This could be an opportunity to be creative and tap into your artistic side.

March 16 there’s a lot of energy, so it could be stressful and lead to your exhaustion.  Mercury in Pisces will conjunct Neptune in Pisces at 1:13 pm.  Be kind with your words.  Have compassion for your fellow humans.  People seem to be at their breaking point.  The Sun in Pisces will Square Mars in Gemini at 2:10 pm.  Mars just wants to go and get something done and may get frustrated.  Venus in Aries is Square Pluto in Capricorn at 3:59 pm.  Venus is checking in with Pluto one last time before its move into Aquarius on March 23.  Is there one last detail that you need to feel before the energy switches?  The day ends with Venus entering Taurus at 6;34 pm.  Venus will be moving into her ruling planets.  She feels at home in the safety, security, and beauty of Taurus.

On March 17 at 12:49 am, Mercury in Pisces will Square Mars in Gemini.  Is there a conversation that needs to take place so that you can begin to move forward?

Here are some takeaways from this Gemini- Pisces energy.  Be curious.  Gemini loves to learn.  It can be challenging to do things multiple times, but know that each time will teach you something.  Pisces loves the mystical and spiritual aspects of life, but it also craves time alone.  Take some time to rest this week.  Get plenty of sleep.  Your body needs the rest, take it.  There’s nothing wrong with taking some time for yourself.

How can you take some time to rest?  Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

Running In Idle

Mars stationed direct last week, so why am I still in limbo?  Mercury and Uranus are still retrograde and clarifying the situation, but things will move a little bit more when Mercury in Capricorn stations to go direct on January 18 at 8:12 am.

How has this Mercury retrograde been for you?  Have you been getting little fixes and clarifications or are you getting some major downloads?  That depends on you and whether you’ve been doing the work.  Pluto is nearing the end of its stay in Capricorn and is having its last communications with Mercury before it signs off.  Have you been adjusting your structures?   Are there any additional changes that need to be made?  Pluto wants to know.  The Sun in Capricorn is checking in one last time with Pluto in Capricorn on January 18 at 9:44 am.  Pay attention to the necessary changes this week.  Uranus will station direct on January 22 and then there will be no retrograde planets.  It’s almost time!

The Sun will enter Aquarius on January 20 at 3:30 am.  It’s time to start thinking ahead and become more intellectual and logical about your plans.

Sometimes in order to go forwards you have to look back.  It’s something that you’d probably prefer to not have to do and a lot of self-help gurus will tell you to avoid it and just have a positive mindset, but the truth is that you have to dig through the muck to find a diamond.  It doesn’t just appear.  Pluto transits are some of the most challenging transits that you will face, but you’re meant to walk away with something at the end.  Over the next few months, you will begin to see what Pluto in Capricorn has taught you about yourself.  There will be an adjustment period when Pluto retrogrades (May 1 to October 10), but you’re nearing the end of the finish line in some area of your life.  What do you still need to do?  This is the time to get clarity and plan for those edits.  Waiting doesn’t always make it better, it can sometimes be harder.  Just rip off the band-aid and see what happens.

What structures has Pluto been making adjustments to?  Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

New Year, New You

Wow!  It’s another year already.  Time seems to fly sometimes.  There have been lots of changes over the last few years and 2023 will be no exception.  You had some time last week to reflect on the past year.  Now, what do you want to do with that information?  If you aren’t already making changes, are you ready to make them now?

The first transit of 2023 starts just after midnight at 12:25 am, when Venus in Capricorn conjuncts Pluto in Capricorn.  Pluto in Capricorn has been changing our lives' structures since 2009 and is getting ready to move into the sign of Aquarius in a few months.  Venus is checking in one more time.  Does she have anything to contribute to making your structure more beautiful?

On January 2 at 11:02 am, the Sun in Capricorn squares Chiron in Aries.  Are you ready to take action on changing the structure of your wounds from the past?  It’s never easy to address your wounds, but it is essential to your capacity to grow.  To truly become empowered, you have to go back and address the underbelly of your life.  It’s easier to just keep going.  You think it will just go away if you ignore it, but has it truly gone away?  If you’re honest with yourself, it’s still there, isn’t it?  Your biggest fears are still there waiting for you to address them.  Maybe it’s time to look at them differently.

Also on January 2 at 9:09 pm, Venus enters the sign of Aquarius.  Venus wants to explore the collective and examine it in a different way.  Can your life be beautiful in a different way than it was before?  Can you look at it from a new perspective and see the whole picture?  What’s the end result that you’re striving for?

The Sun in Capricorn is also revisiting a previous conversation with Mercury when it conjuncts it again on January 7 at 7:57 am.  What were you thinking about in early to mid-December?  That conversation is going to be revisited

Each year has new energy and this one is no exception.  You’re another year and another year wiser, but who are you?  If you don’t already know, maybe this is the year to start that exploration.

Who do you want to be at the end of 2023?    Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

The Energy of Conflict

Conflict is never easy, whether it’s within yourself or with those around you.  But conflict is how you grow.  It wants you to decide.

This week the Sun and Venus are both in Libra and are having conversations with Pluto in Capricorn before they report to each other what they’ve learned.

The Sun in Libra Squares Pluto in Capricorn on October 19 at 9:33 am.  Not even a day later on October 20 at 2:03 am, Venus in Libra Squares Pluto in Capricorn.  Finally, the Sun and Venus in Libra meet up on October 22 at 5:17 am with a report.

The Sun in Libra wants to illuminate a situation, Venus wants to relate and make it better, and Pluto in Capricorn is demonstrating how the structure of your life can empower or transform your life.

What is holding you back from making a change?  Fear is normally a part of it, but that isn’t the entire story.  What is stopping you from moving ahead?  Some want to know the outcome to make certain that the correct decision is being made.  Some don’t want to disappoint or upset someone else.  Some know that the correct decision is a challenge and aren’t sure they’re up for it.  The only thing that you can do to stop fear is to go through it.  Try what scares you.  Growth is never easy.  Letting go isn’t easy.  But if you can find a way forward it can be rewarding and transform your life in ways that you’ve never imagined.

Where is conflict pointing you? Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment.
