This week it’s time for a little less energy, but the energy that is present is packing a punch. It’s time to sit with your feelings. You’re not supposed to do anything with them yet, just feel. I know, it’s challenging to just feel, but just feel.

It’s time to let the emotions come to the surface. No action yet. Just let the emotions out. The time will come for you to fill the space left behind, but for right now it’s time to declutter your space, your body, emotions and make room. Something new can’t come in if there is no room for it. Make room. Saturn is in the sign of Pisces and is going to be looking at the past. Pisces is all about the emotions and how you feel. Again, it’s time to feel the feelings. No emotional processing yet, just feel. What helps you to get the emotions out? When I’m having trouble getting in touch with my feelings and I know I need to cry, I will watch a movie. It could be one that I’ve seen a million times before, but I know it will help to start the process and then I can take it from there. This may sound strange but my go-to crying sequence has been the sequence of “I See the Light” from the movie Tangled. I cry every single time that part of the movie comes on, to the point where my niece and nephews start to watch my face when that part comes up.
Be easy with yourself. Feelings can be tricky and they can sneak up on you. Give yourself the grace to feel whatever it is that you feel. No judgment allowed. Just feel.
