What Deserves Your Energy Now?

This week invites you to become more intentional about where you’re placing your time, money, love, attention, and energy.

You may notice where a relationship feels out of balance.

You may recognize how much energy you’ve been giving to everyone around you while your own needs keep getting pushed aside.

An old resentment or familiar pattern may become harder to ignore.

Or an unfinished conversation may return, asking you to decide whether there is something more to understand or whether it’s time to step away.

Pay attention to what feels uncomfortable this week.

Sometimes the situations that challenge you most are the ones showing you where your boundaries, choices, or priorities need another look.

You don’t have to respond the same way simply because you have before.

You have more awareness now.

And you can choose what deserves your energy today.

Here's what the skies are whispering—and sometimes shouting—this week.

Venus enters Libra (October 25, 5:10 AM EST)

Venus enters Libra and brings your attention to relationships, communication, and the balance between giving and receiving.

If an old person or familiar relationship pattern returns, take time to notice what has actually changed.

Maybe you’re clearer about what you need.

Maybe your boundaries have changed.

Maybe you’re communicating differently.

Or maybe you recognize that a relationship you once wanted no longer reflects what you value today.

You don’t have to make a choice based only on what a relationship used to be.

Look at what is present now.

Choose connections where both people have room for their needs, boundaries, and voice.

Full Moon in Taurus (October 26, 12:12 AM EST)

The Full Moon in Taurus brings money, security, self-worth, and what truly supports you into focus.

Look at where your resources are going.

Your money. Your time. Your attention. Your energy.

Do those choices reflect what you value?

Maybe you’ve been spending money on things that no longer matter to you.

Maybe your calendar is filled with obligations while the people and experiences you care about keep getting whatever time is left.

Or maybe you’ve been measuring your progress by what you haven’t accomplished instead of appreciating what you’ve already created.

Take an honest look at what supports you and what doesn’t.

And remember that your worth has never been determined by what you own, how much you accomplish, or how your life compares with someone else’s.

Sun in Scorpio Square Pluto in Aquarius (October 26, 8:12 AM EST)

Later that morning, the Sun in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius.

An old resentment, uncomfortable truth, or familiar pattern may become harder to ignore.

Pay attention to what provokes you or brings up a strong reaction.

Before focusing on what someone else should do differently, consider what belongs to you.

What needs to be communicated?

What choice can you change?

What boundary needs your attention?

What are you ready to release?

You cannot control how another person responds, but you can decide how you want to respond.

Let what comes up help you recognize where an old pattern no longer fits the person you are today.

Venus in Libra Opposes Chiron in Aries (October 28, 3:35 AM EST)

Venus opposite Chiron brings your attention back to your own needs within your relationships.

Notice how much energy you’ve been giving to everyone around you.

Maybe you’ve been saying yes because you don’t want someone to feel disappointed.

Maybe you keep rearranging your schedule to make life easier for everyone else.

Or maybe you’ve become so accustomed to caring for another person that you don’t realize how little room you’ve been leaving for yourself.

Your needs matter too.

Caring for yourself doesn’t take away from how much you care about someone else.

Make room for what replenishes you.

Your energy is sacred. Be intentional about where it goes.

Mercury in Scorpio Square Mars in Leo (October 30, 1:20 PM EST)

As the week comes to a close, Mercury in Scorpio squares Mars in Leo.

An unfinished conversation or old misunderstanding may return.

You may feel tempted to explain yourself again, defend your position, or finally say everything you’ve been thinking.

Give yourself time before responding.

Ask yourself whether the conversation has the ability to create greater understanding.

Some conversations deserve honesty and another chance.

Others keep circling the same argument without anything changing.

You don’t have to say everything you’re thinking simply because you have the opportunity.

Choose your words intentionally.

And trust yourself to recognize when continuing the conversation is helpful and when stepping away is the healthier choice.

This Week's Soul Invitation

This week invites you to pay attention to what receives your energy and whether those choices reflect what matters to you now.

Look at your relationships.

Where does giving and receiving feel balanced?

Where are you continually making room for someone else while asking yourself to need less?

Look at your resources.

Where are your time, money, and attention going?

Are you investing them in the people, experiences, and priorities that genuinely matter to you?

And notice what makes you uncomfortable this week.

An old resentment may surface.

A familiar pattern may repeat.

Someone may say something that brings up a strong reaction.

Or you may find yourself in a conversation you thought you had already finished.

Instead of immediately reacting, become curious about why it has your attention.

Maybe there is something you still need to communicate.

Maybe a boundary needs to change.

Maybe you’re being shown where you’ve been trying to control an outcome that isn’t yours to control.

Or maybe you’re recognizing that you’ve already learned what you needed to learn from the situation.

You don’t have to keep giving your energy to something simply because you’ve invested a lot of yourself in it before.

And you don’t have to respond the same way simply because you have in the past.

You can pause.

You can look again.

You can communicate differently.

You can change the boundary.

You can release what no longer fits.

And you can choose what deserves your energy now.

Reflection Questions

✨ Which relationships make room for my needs, boundaries, and voice?

✨ Where are my time, money, attention, and energy going right now?

✨ Do those choices reflect what I genuinely value?

✨ What am I appreciating in my life instead of continually focusing on what is missing?

✨ What uncomfortable truth or familiar pattern has become harder to ignore?

✨ What is mine to communicate, change, or release?

✨ Where am I trying to control someone else’s response?

✨ Have I been putting someone else’s needs ahead of my own?

✨ What would caring for myself look like this week?

✨ Is there an unfinished conversation that deserves another look?

✨ Would continuing that conversation create greater understanding, or keep me inside the same pattern?

✨ Where can I choose a different response because I understand myself differently now?

✨ What deserves more of my energy?

✨ What am I ready to give less of my energy to?

You don’t have to resolve everything this week.

Pay attention to what your relationships, resources, reactions, and conversations are showing you.

Notice where you feel supported and where you feel depleted.

Be honest about what you need.

And when something uncomfortable comes to your attention, give yourself enough space to understand what it may be asking you to see before deciding what comes next.

Sometimes growth looks like having the conversation.

Sometimes it looks like changing the boundary.

Sometimes it means admitting that what once worked for you doesn’t anymore.

And sometimes it means recognizing that you’ve already learned what you needed to learn and choosing not to give the same situation any more of your energy.

Honor what you feel.

Appreciate what supports you.

Release what no longer fits.

Trust your heart.

And choose your next intentional step. 🤍
