It’s Not What It Seems

If you weren’t already confused before, this week you just feel a little more unclear.  There’s a piece of the puzzle that you’re missing, but it’s still not time for the big reveal.

The Sun enters the sign of Pisces on February 18 at 11:13 pm EST.  While Pisces can relate to mysticism and a higher state of being, it can also be escapist, deceptive, and illusory.  Pisces season is a great time for you to go inside and dream a little bit and get in touch with the inner you.  It’s time to have some compassion for yourself and those around you.

Venus in Aquarius Conjuncts Mars in Aquarius on February 22 at 2:14 am EST.  It’s time to get in touch with your friends and community, but it might not work out how you expect.  Things aren’t quite what they seem.  There’s more to the situation, that you aren’t aware of yet, either because there could be some manipulation going on or there’s more to the picture.  Try to think clearly and if need be, step back.

Mercury enters the sign of Pisces on February 23 at 2:29 am EST.  Mercury might start to speak to you through artistic expression like music, artwork, or poetry.  Sometimes the universe speaks to you in ways that you wouldn’t expect.  Take this information and ponder it.  It could provide you with some answers that you’re looking for.

Venus in Aquarius Squares Jupiter in Taurus on February 24 at 11:01 on EST.  There may be some conflicting ideas about love.  Jupiter in Taurus wants to spend some time on itself and Venus in Aquarius wants to spend time with people.   Jupiter in Taurus loves good food and date nights, while Venus in Aquarius wants to go on a double date.  Try to find the balance between the two desires.

Is It Good for the Needs of Everyone?

Two more planets are entering the sign of Aquarius this week, so it’s time to look at what is good for the collective.  Maybe over the next few weeks, we can push humanity forward a little bit.  It’s good to have a dream and even a little optimistic.

Mars enters the sign of Aquarius on February 13 at 1:05 am EST.  Mars is going to move into an air element which isn’t always the best place to get things accomplished, but it will force Mars to be itself.  Mars will want to be free and will allow others to be free as well.  Freedom is a prize highly sought after with Mars in Aquarius.

Mars in Aquarius Conjuncts Pluto in Aquarius on February 14 at 1:06 am EST.  It's not the best energy for Valentine’s Day this year.  Valentine’s Day is about power dynamics.  Who is in charge?  Even though both signs are in Aquarius and would normally be ok just letting the other person do their thing, Pluto expects that he is in charge.

Venus enters Aquarius on February 16 at 11:05 am EST.  Venus in Aquarius can be detached from her emotions.  It could help you accomplish something where your emotions typically get in the way.  It could also be a great time to socialize.  Go hang out with some friends and have a little fun.  Be yourself.

Mercury in Aquarius Squares Uranus in Taurus on February 16 at 10:53 pm EST.  Freedom-Seeking Aquarius is having some trouble with the more traditional values of Taurus.  Mercury wants to look ahead and Uranus is in the moment.  Compromise may be necessary.

Venus in Aquarius Conjuncts Pluto in Aquarius on February 17 at 3:48 am EST.  Pluto has had conversations with Mercury, Mars and now Venus since moving into the sign of Aquarius in January.  Pluto wants to change humanity over the next 20 years.  He wants us to be concerned with our neighbors and look out for others.  Venus is ready to contribute to the conversation about love and beauty.  How can we be more concerned with those around us?

Is something that you’re working on good for the needs of everyone?  Let me know.  Do you want to know more, click here to book a discovery session or an appointment?

Deep Dive Into the Shadow

The season of Scorpio kicks into motion this week as Venus, the Sun, and Mercury all enter the sign of Scorpio.  Also, there’s a New Moon Eclipse in Scorpio on October 25 at 6:49 am.

Scorpio tends to be a sign that is misunderstood.  Most people don’t like exploring the darkness of life and that’s where the sign of Scorpio thrives.  Scorpio likes to explore the shadow side of life.  If you can meet your shadow and work on the triggers that arise, you can find the areas that you need to address in order to grow.

A lot happens astrologically this week, especially Sunday.  Saturn stations direct on October 23 at 12:07 am.  Saturn is still in the sign of Aquarius.  In general terms, Saturn is addressing the collective and the direction we’re headed since our structures have been dismantled.  What does the future look like?  Saturn has been revisiting the past while retrograding and is now ready to examine what it learned.

Venus will enter Scorpio on October 23 at 3:52 am.  The planet of love and beauty will drop into the underworld, where the Sun joins her a couple of hours later at 6:36 am.

Jupiter will retrograde back into Pisces on October 8 at 1:10 am.  Jupiter is still looking back and is re-examining what was going on before May 10.  It’s giving another opportunity for expansion, which won’t happen until Jupiter goes direct on November 23.

The last of the personal planets, Mercury, will enter Scorpio on October 29 at 3:22 pm.

It can seem terrifying to confront your shadow, but the only thing to do with fear is to move through it and face it.  Otherwise your fear can control you.  It’s time to meet your shadow and follow the triggers.
